We are open Monday- Saturday. To better serve all of our valued clients, our office hours vary depending on the time of year to compensate for time-zone changes across the Continental United States. The Virgin Islands is on Atlantic Standard Time.

Shipping Information


Mail orders are shipped via Fed Ex and only to the United States. Fed Ex does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Our sales professionals provide our clients with tracking information once the package is shipped, and can assist in the tracking process upon request.

Payment Methods

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club. We also accept Wire Transfers. Instructions for Wire Transfers are given upon request.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax does not apply to sales made in the Virgin Islands.

Buyer Beware


Beware of any company selling brand name watches on the Internet. Most brand name watches offered on the internet are counterfeits, second-hand watches or are of doubtful origin. Such time pieces are NOT covered by the manufacturer's warranty or entitled to after-sales service by an authorized service center. Those services are offered exclusively to consumers in possession of a watch purchased from an authorized distributor. Protect yourself! Do not purchase watches on the internet!

Return Policy


MAIL ORDER RETURN POLICY

Items purchased via mail order may be returned within 30 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Client Services Department within 30-days of receiving the merchandise for instructions on how to return the item for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Items may not be returned if worn. 60-day exchange guarantee on all jewelry purchases against manufacturer's defects. Due to the subjective nature of diamond and colored gemstone appraising, refunds due to grading variations will not be issued unless based on an outside appraisal from one of the following institutions: IGI, EGL or RGI. Return Authorization codes must be issued by our Client Services Department in order for our Shipping Department to accept a package.
